During the strategic consultation we focus on the future concepts of the client, and give complex advice, which includes not just the investment needs, but the financial needs that come with them as well, and the discovery of the market needs.

During the marketing consultation we do a market research, and help determine the various tools of marketing that can be used, and from the mix, the best one that would suit our clients need in the long run to help achieve their goal. We create various marketing plans as well, which help with ways of handling existing partners and finding new ones (database design, making contact, generating meeting appointments)
Upon entering foreign markets, a marketing research that supports the company strategy can be essential. Based on this, the company can define what products/services can be effectively introduced in different areas to make a profit, or, if they have an existing portfolio, will they be able to be profitable on the given market, with the existing prices, quality, or supply routes. In order to make a profit with the portfolio, what partners, or customer groups should be approached, to help increase the selling numbers.

During financial consultation on project planning and implementation we get familiar with our partners investment ideas, do a preliminary assessment, look for potential tenders, and inform them of the minimal requirements of the grants. With consultations over the phone or in person, we give project specific advice. If the existing resources are not sufficient from the clients side we can involve our business partners to find a fitting financial package, and extend their resources, so we can optimize the number of grant guarantees. We can help clients assemble loan applications as well. After this we create the whole tender documentation, business plan, loan application. We create feasibility, and impact assessments as well based on what is needed by the client or the tender. Based on the partnership and the call for proposals, we consult on creating and operating the most optimal consortium.

When implementing the development project our consultants do an at least as important job as preparing the project. Their work is essential in accessing mainly post financed grant resources in a timely manner. Our project management involvements differ from project to project, but they generally are:
-    reviewing the contract between the applicant and the supporting authority, adding content, and preparing for future changes
